Thank you for shopping with Twin Cities Barber Supply. We take great pride in our reputation for selling quality barber tools, and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Due to COVID-19, All sales are Final.

''All defective machines must be sent to the respective manufacturer for warranty service''. (Wahl, Andis, Babyliss, Oster, etc.) Please check Warranty by Brand page for more information.

If you would like to return any machine, it must be within the same day or the following day. It must be in new and unused condition with all original documentation and accessories included in the original box. We will refund the cost of the machine less the 20% restocking fee.


Shipping Policy

We ship orders with third-party carriers, such as UPS and USPS. 

International Customers

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
